There are three ways to check the status of your order and find the tracking information.
Track Your Order
When your order is placed, you will immediately receive an email notification with the order number. Simply click on our Track Your Order Link, add your order number and email address for a live update. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and make sure the email address email@example.com is on your safe senders list.
When your order is shipped out, you should receive an email notification with both the tracking number and order details. If you do not receive this email within two (2) business days from placing your order, please check your spam folder and make sure the email address firstname.lastname@example.org is on your safe senders list.
Checking Your Account Online
When you log into your account, you will have access to all of your past order history. From here, you can click thru to check the status or information of any order you’ve placed.
